What is your product warranty?
We have a limited product warranty for all products. Warranty period varies on each brand and depends on the manufacturer warranty policy. Some brands offer a 90 day warranty, some offer 1 year warranty, and some offer lifetime warranty. Check each product respectively for warranty details.
H&A Strovolos warranties the quality of our products against manufacturer’s defects for the period of 30 days. Product will, in most cases, be replaced in its entirety. What is your return policy?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it. Product has to be sealed in original packaging. Your account will be credited with the full amount paid and you could spend this amount to purchase any other product from our website. No refunds.
I am a fishing/hunting shop owner and I want to order a lot of products. Can i get any discount?

Can i cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 6 hours afrer placing it. You will be fully refunded (if charged) and your order will be canceled.
Where do you ship?
We ship all the products to Cyprus and the majority of the products to Greece. We also ship a few products worldwide depending on the exclusivity of each brand in every different country. If you selected a product and no payment/shipping option is available then contact us to arrange shipping manually, if possible.
